How it works

1

Start on your own

Create a shared account and type the other people's names. Nobody else has to sign up: send them a link to see the balances, and invite them when they're ready.

2

Log expenses as they happen

Who paid, how much, who it was for. Split equally, by shares, by percentage or line by line from a scanned receipt. Rent and subscriptions can repeat by themselves.

3

Settle up in the fewest payments

Hisaab Kitaab nets everything out and suggests the fewest payments. Tap to pay in PayPal, Venmo, Revolut, UPI and more, record it, and the other person confirms.

Don't wait for everyone to sign up

Add people by name and start logging straight away. They get a read-only link to the balances, with no account needed. When someone signs up with the email you invited, they take over their place, with everything already recorded for them.

How guests work →

Split the bill by what everyone had

Snap the printed receipt and Hisaab Kitaab reads the lines for you (English, Urdu and Hindi bills). Tap who had each item; tax, service and tip are shared in proportion, and the parts always add up to the cent.

Restaurant bills →

Get paid back in the app they already use

Add your PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Revolut, Monzo, Wise, UPI or bank details once. People who owe you get a button that opens the app, with the amount filled in where the app allows it. They record the payment; you confirm it. Hisaab Kitaab never touches the money.

Everything a shared wallet needs

Built for real groups: different payers, different currencies, people who come and go, and the occasional "wait, what was this for?"

Fair splits, your way

Equally, exact amounts, percentages, shares, adjustments or line by line. Leftover cents are handled so totals always add up.

Several payers, any currency

Record everyone who chipped in. Paid in pounds on a euro account? Enter the amount and rate; balances stay in the account currency.

Recurring expenses and budgets

Rent and subscriptions post themselves on schedule. Monthly budgets alert you at 80% and 100%.

Reports and CSV export

Spending by category and by member for any period, a 12-month trend, and one-click CSV downloads.

Roles that match real life

Owners and admins manage everything; editors add and fix their own entries; viewers just look.

Kitty for shared cash

Everyone puts money in a pot; spend from it, see what's left, and share out the rest at the end.

Receipts and comments

Attach a photo or PDF to any expense and discuss it in place, so the question stays next to the number.

History with undo

Every change is logged with who made it. Deleted something by mistake? Restore it within 30 days.

Close with statements

When the trip or tenancy ends, close the account and everyone gets a statement by email with CSV files.
