Clear roles
Owners and admins manage everything. Editors add and fix their own entries. Viewers can see but not change. Nobody deletes the pitch fee by accident, and if they do, it can be restored for 30 days.
A full history
Every expense, edit, deletion and payment is in the activity log, with who did it and what changed. Comments keep questions next to the expense they're about.
Reports and exports
See spending by category and by member for any period, and a 12-month trend. Download transactions and payments as CSV for the annual meeting.
Regular costs and budgets
Pitch hire, rehearsal rooms and software subscriptions can be recurring expenses. Set a monthly budget per category and admins get an alert at 80% and 100%.
Collecting money
Members see what they owe and the treasurer's payment details. Payments are recorded by the payer and confirmed by the treasurer, so the books always match.
